Like many we have adapted our work lifestyle this year and taken precautions to ensure we are working safely, without affecting the quality and delivery of our services. With updated technology we have been able to continue working though-out the pandemic whilst maintaining safe practices both to our clients, candidates, and our team.
We have been conscious to listen to our client’s concerns about how they continue to operate effectively whilst ensuring the safety of their staff and have limited external meetings. However, this has not affected new hires and interview processes.

Through our state of the art technology CornucopiaIQ which has built into it industry leading process and technology, delivering a strength of candidate assessment pre-meeting / first interview, that means our client’s regularly reduce what has been 3-5 stage interview process previously down to a single stage. As with everything best practise starts at home and our Cornucopia family have recently moved offices. Our new modern, open planned welcoming and well-spaced office allows for COVID safe work practise as well as being an amazing workspace. The team are loving our new home and its modern features.
