Valencia Incentive Trip

After our best-ever month, the team flew over to Valencia as a reward!

The team consists of 4 consultants, and they smashed the previous best-ever month by nearly 150%, the previous record was set by a team of 9 consultants, so quite some achievement.

Further to this 3 of the team had never worked in recruitment until last year and one of them was a fresh graduate from the University of Surrey and this is his first job since graduating. We are really proud of this as it demonstrates our commitment and success in our first-class training and development.

The team had a great few days in Valencia, being treated to a posh lunch on the beach and exploring the city and culture (and the nightlife!).
